Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon

Ingredients

• 1 oz Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
• 1 oz Blackland Rye Whiskey
• 2–3 dashes black walnut bitters
• Pinch of salt

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and dilute, then strain into a rocks glass over a large rock. Garnish with a candied pecan.

• 2 oz crème de cacao
• ½ cup vanilla ice cream

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with grated nutmeg.

• 1 oz Blackland Rye Whiskey
• ¾ oz triple sec
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¼ oz orgeat
• ¼ oz demerara syrup
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously, then dump everything into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
