Aged 3-4 years in new American white oak barrels, our 83-proof bourbon is both approachable & complex. This thoughtfully crafted blend begins with a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye, & 5% malted barley, layered with our four-year straight bourbon made from 80% Texas yellow corn & 20% triticale.
