Salted Pecan Old Fashioned Recipe — Blackland Distillery

• 1 oz Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
• 1 oz Blackland Rye Whiskey
• 2–3 dashes black walnut bitters
• Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill & dilute. Strain into a rocks glass over a large rock. Garnish with a candied pecan.

• 3 oz Blackland Texpresso Whiskey
• 1 oz fresh espresso or cold brew concentrate

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

• 2 oz Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
• 2 oz Crème de Cacao
• 0.5 cup vanilla ice cream

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth & well-mixed. Pour into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

• 1.5 oz Blackland Texpresso Whiskey
• 0.5 oz Blackland 100 Proof Rye Whiskey
• 2 dashes black walnut bitters
• 3 drops vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill & dilute. Strain into a rocks glass over a large rock. Garnish with two coffee beans.

• 1 oz Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
• 1 oz Blackland Rye Whiskey
• 0.75 oz triple sec
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.25 oz orgeat
• 0.25 oz demerara syrup
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Add ice & shake vigorously. Dump all ingredients, including ice, into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig & an orchid.
